Production Supervisor

A Central Texas manufacturer is hiring a direct-hire Production Supervisor for its day shift in Waco. What you'll do: • Lead a 30-40 person production team to safety, quality and output targets • Own shift KPIs, scheduling and handovers • Drive 5S and a strong safety culture (OSHA) • Develop and coach operators and team leads Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
